Can I see the history of my orders?

Yes, but you must have an account at  to access your order history.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your account password, click the “Recover Password” link on the login screen. You will be able to reset your password with an email that we will send to the address registered in your account and you will receive an email with a link to our website that you must follow to create a new password.

Are there special prices for wholesalers?

We do not sell wholesale through this website.
However, you can buy wholesale at our branches or by contacting marketing@onceletras.com

How can I know if my order was successful?

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of successful purchase to the email registered on our page.

In case you have decided to pay by  Bank Transfer, said mail could take approximately up to 48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped, to the address provided in your account. You will receive another email notifying the shipment and attaching the guide number for tracking, this may take 72 hours, depending on the transport provider.

In case there is a payment error in your order, you will also be notified by email, this may be caused by various reasons related to your bank, credit or debit card.

We have shipments to the entire Mexican Republic.

We offer the shipping method for order placed online in Mexico: (1) Standard Shipping.

Standard shipping will take   8 to 12 business days after payment, to the address you registered with. The time depends on the location and the parcel service.
